Other Mississippians featured in television spots are a Southern Baptist Sunday School teacher Mary Jane Kennedy from Florence, state Representative Alyce Clarke, Hinds County couple Jeremy and Kathryn Cole, transgender woman Blossom Brown from Greenwood and Army Reserves veteran Justin Kelly from Greenville.

Stan Wilson has been the pastor of Northside Baptist Church in Clinton, Mississippi since July of 2002. He is married to Jennifer, a high school calculus and geometry teacher, and they are the parents of daughters Jane and Kate. Stan is an endorser and former board member of the Ekklesia Project and the Alliance of Baptists. He is currently a member of the Coordinating Council of the Mississippi CBF. He is a 1994 graduate of the Duke University Divinity School and a 1986 graduate of Furman University. He was ordained by the Watts Street Baptist Church in Durham, NC in 1994.
Stan is currently studying Missional Leadership at Fuller Theological Seminary hoping to gain insights into how church people come to know, love, and be known by neighbors. The Wilsons live on a small farm nearby where they are learninghow to grow food and eat well. Since they are novices they are also learning how to depend on the gifts of good neighbors. Before coming to Northside Stan was associate pastor for Students and Community Ministries at Northminster Baptist Church in Jackson, and he has a long association with Camp Rockmont in Black Mountain, NC. The Wilsons like to hike, read, throw frisbees, share meals, and shell peas.
