Stacey Eugene Pickering (born July 12, 1968, Laurel, Mississippi), a Republican, is the State Auditor of Mississippi, serving since 2008. He was first elected in 2007 and was re-elected in November 2011 by an overwhleming majority, receiving 75.6% of the vote in the general election. Over $21 million has been recovered since first taking office in January 2008.
