Incumbent District 16, Place 3 Circuit Judge Lee S. Coleman is being challenged by Monique Montgomery. The other two District 16 circuit judges, Lee J. Howard and James (Jim) T. Kitchens Jr., are unopposed. District 16 consists of Clay, Lowndes, Noxubee and Oktibbeha counties.
