Northeast Mississippi Community College President Johnny Allen felt it was time for a fresh start for both the college and himself.Allen, 61, announced Tuesday that he will retire on June 30 after having led the college for 11 years. As he completes his 38th year as an educator, he wanted to retire at a time he was still healthy.
