Republican Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann raised $89,750 and has $1,057,742 cash-on-hand to take on his Democratic challenger Charles Graham who reported raising $350 and has $100 cash-on-hand. In another lopsided matchup, Republican Commissioner of Agriculture Cindy Hyde Smith raised $16,400 and has $187,743 cash-on-hand while her Democratic opponent Addie Lee Green reported raising, spending and having zero dollars. The Reform Party's candidates for Secretary of State and Agriculture Commissioner did not file reports.

It's especially tough when you're a Democrat and that incumbent is Republican Delbert Hosemann, who is running for a third consecutive term. But Charles E. Graham, 59, plans on meeting the challenge as the Democratic candidate for Mississippi's secretary of state office.
