Watson is a member of the Pascagoula Rotary Club, the Ole Miss Alumni Association, the National Rifle Association, the MS Bar Association, the American Bar Association, Ole Miss Hall of Fame, and Sigma Nu Fraternity. He's married to the former Lauren Emswiler, and they have two daughters, Gracie Pierce and Annie. He's a member of First Presbyterian Church in Pascagoula.
